Early arrival requests can be sent to All ticket sales are final and non-refundable although you may transfer your ticket to someone else. If you arrive early without prior approval or without helping with setup you will be asked to leave and come back on the 24th. Early arrival is available BY REQUEST ONLY with the expectation of helping with setup and hauling. Highlines and spacenets will be available from the 24th through the 28th. Tickets include camping from Sunday night (11/24) through Friday morning (11/29). The 2019 event will be held from November 24th through the 28th (Sunday through Thursday) with check-in opening at 8am on the 24th. Details are located at the GGBY Highline Gathering page.
Individuals selling to other individuals should contact the ticket master to change the name on the ticket.

Most ticket types are fully transferable however, and may be resold for their face value, plus any taxes and fees paid. All sales of GGBY Highline Gathering tickets and vehicle passes are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason. Once purchased, tickets are not refundable. Your ticket supports advancing the mission and work of Slackline U.S. All organizers and coordinators of the event are unpaid, volunteers who put hundreds of hours into planning this event. Ticket proceeds cover the expenses of putting on GGBY and any excess funds go back into the gathering, support Slackline U.S., a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and grow programs such at the Toilet at the Fruit Bowl Fund. We work to keep the ticket prices as affordable as possible.
